one receptionist for the 2 clinics with phones all coming
into one clinic, website almost finished and being sent to
the guy to complete for us, display cases in both clinics

members of the community, etc. The list goes on.
Once
I get these things ironed out and put into place I will then
regroup myself - should take about another 6-8 weeks I think.
The processes that are being put in place should give me more
freedom in the not-too-distant future - which was a big message
from the course.
